We are The Elite Enterprises Inc., a Filipino eCommerce company behind Solar Manila.

We just moved into our 894 sqm fulfillment center in Valenzuela City, and we're looking for a Warehouse Manager to own it end to end. Not maintain it. Build it.

Thousands of solar lights leave our floor every month across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and solarmanila.com. We need the person who makes sure every single one goes out fast, accurate, and on time. Especially during Q4, when Solar Christmas Lights fill the warehouse.

We're still a small team of more or less 10 people, and we all wear a lot of hats. No layers, no politics, just real ownership and a direct impact on how we grow. If building with a startup like that fascinates you, this is your invitation.

💼 What You’ll Own

📦 Run the full warehouse end to end: receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and RTS. If it moves inside our four walls, it's yours.

📊 Hit and protect our operational KPIs: turnaround time, order accuracy, fulfillment rate, and platform SLAs. You'll know your numbers cold.

🚚 Be the single point of contact for our 3PL partners: pickup schedules, dispatch, RTS, and every delivery concern in between

🔥 Prepare the floor for campaign surges (9.9, 11.11, 12.12) where volume goes 3 to 4x and the team stays the same size

📋 Write the SOPs, not just follow them. You'll work with our Operations Consultant to systemize everything so the warehouse runs on process, not on memory

🧯 Own safety and 5S housekeeping for a warehouse full of lithium and solar batteries. Clean floor, zero incidents, no shortcuts

👷 Lead, coach, and grow the warehouse team from day one, and hire the next wave as we scale

📌 You’ll Fit Great If You…

🎯 Have 3+ years in warehouse or logistics operations, with real end-to-end exposure from inbound to outbound

🛒 Have lived marketplace fulfillment: Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop SLAs, penalties, and COD RTS realities (huge plus if you've survived an 11.11 on the floor)

📐 Know your inventory fundamentals cold: cycle counting, FIFO, variance investigation, and stock accuracy you can quote in percentages

🤝 Have coordinated with 3PL providers and know how to fight for your pickups during peak season

🧠 Think in systems and root causes, not band-aids. Bonus points for Lean or Six Sigma exposure

💪 Are a self-starter with strong ownership. Nobody will be checking your timesheet; the numbers will speak for you

🏗️ Want to BUILD. The racks are up, the stock is in, and the systems are waiting for their architect. Your fingerprints will be on every SOP

🤖 PLUS POINTS if you use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to work faster: analyzing reports, drafting SOPs, or digging into RTS data

📈 PLUS POINTS if you've set up a warehouse from scratch or led a major layout/slotting redesign

📍 Fully onsite at Lawang Bato, Valenzuela City Warehouse

💰 ₱35,000 to ₱55,000/month, depending on experience, plus government-mandated benefits

🗓️ 6 days a week, full-time
