We already have an inventory system that tracks stock, demand, incoming orders, and warehouse counts. We need a hands-on owner who turns that information into better purchasing, supplier, freight, and warehouse decisions.
This is a small-team, high-ownership role. You’ll work closely with the founder and warehouse team, and your recommendations directly affect availability and cash tied up in inventory.

📦 What You’ll Own
• Keep inventory data fresh and investigate exceptions
• Forecast demand, set reorder points, and maintain a 13-week cash and inventory plan
• Track POs, suppliers, freight, ETAs, receiving, and discrepancies
• Reconcile weekly warehouse counts
• Send a weekly action list: approve, delay, reduce, expedite, or escalate

• Challenge spreadsheet outputs instead of blindly trusting them
• Communicate decisions clearly and work independently
• Can work onsite in Valenzuela once weekly

🧭 Work Setup
Part-time contractor, 3-month pilot, 20–25 hours/week, mostly remote, one weekly Valenzuela warehouse day plus major receipts/counts/issues, ₱25,000–₱35,000/month. You recommend; founder approves every PO. Takes 12–15 minutes. Applicants may anonymize confidential examples.
